Shi-bu-mi – noun – a Japanese word referring to a particular aesthetic of simple, subtle, and unobtrusive beauty.  In the spirit of shibumi, we seek to cultivate the finest mushrooms in harmony with man and nature.

We cultivate gourmet specialty mushrooms of the finest quality, with a focus on underutilized species that are both delicious, and have significant health benefits.  We serve communities and restaurants with locally grown, fresh mushrooms using sustainable cultivation methods and no animal byproducts.
